The firm’s services are organised around at least four lawyers, who are assisted by a legal and administrative team. Every case is monitored by Jean-Vasken Alyanakian and an associate lawyer.
A practising lawyer since 2000, Jean-Vasken holds a diploma from the H.E.C. business school (1993, specialising in finance and marketing), prior to which he had completed a preparatory course for the French Grandes Ecoles examinations. Jean-Vasken then studied for a classic university degree so as to become a lawyer (while working part-time, particularly at ARCHIBALD ANDERSEN, the international law firm).
In the capacity of lawyer, Jean-Vasken spent his first years serving at BREDIN PRAT, working on several business litigation cases and M&A operations.
Jean-Vasken is a member of H.E.C. Governance Directors and Board Management, H.E.C. Banking and Capital-Development, and H.E.C. Digital and Internet (Board member).
Jean-Vasken is also a member of ETHIC, a movement gathering french employers and aiming at promoting ethics in the economic life (member of the Experts Commitee), as well as Option Initiatives club, a French think tank, and Socialift, non-profit association to promote the employability of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds through IT services (member of the Scientific Committee).
